Priorities

AFTER TALKING WITH JACKSONIANS and WALKING and BEING INVOLVED IN numerous neighborhoods of Jackson throughout almost every part of this City, there are 3 obvious PRIORITIES and ONE IMPACTING ALL!:

1. SAFETY FIRST!!! — TAKE ACTION TO QUICKLY MOVE TOWARD BEING A SAFE CITY THAT HONORS, RESPECTS, and PRIORITIZES THE RULE OF LAW and QUALITY PAY for QUALITY PERFORMANCE TO ITS FIRST RESPONDERS — POLICE, FIRE, etc., for putting their LIVES ON THE LINE! This includes SAFE STREETS, WATER, & DRAINAGE; as well as THE HOMELESS.

2. PEACEFUL & CLEAN NEIGHBORHOODS TO LIVE, WORK & PLAY which ATTRACT & KEEP RESIDENTS, BUSINESSES, & TOURISTS.

3. GOOD PAYING JOBS & PROPER TRAINING to PREPARE OUR RESIDENTS with the NEEDED EDUCATIONAL SKILLS, WORK ETHIC & CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT TO ADVANCE.

4. FIX WHAT’s BROKEN!!!

THERE’S NO QUICK FIX WHEN IT’S AS BROKEN AS IT IS — JUST TAKE A TOUR…SEE OUR CITY. IT MAKES ME CRY, AND CRY OUT!

THIS ELECTION IS MOST CRITICAL — either we start to RISE UP from the pit, or we allow the pit to get deeper.

WE MUST ELECT…those who have a deep love for this City, and who understand government alone will NOT solve Jackson’s problems… Candidates with Character and Vision for the Future, not naive to a “pie in the sky” turnaround or unprepared for tough political tactics in a lion’s den; but READY by life, work and community service experience, involvement, success, and reputation TO WORK TOGETHER, LISTEN, AND MOVE JACKSON FORWARD & UPWARD.
